We deliver nationwide. Orders of ৳3,500 or more, after any discount, ship free.

Every order is gift-wrapped in a ribbon box with a handwritten card, at no charge.

Every order is cash on delivery. Nothing is charged when you place it: we call to confirm it first, and you pay the rider in cash when it arrives.

Clothing, jewelry and shoes can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn and still have their tags. Skincare can be exchanged only if the seal is unbroken. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to arrange a pickup.

Every K-beauty product is sourced from authorised suppliers and arrives sealed, with its batch code intact. If you ever doubt a product, send us a photo of the packaging and we’ll check it with the supplier.

Use the order tracking page with your order number (it starts with SH-) and the mobile number you ordered with. For courier details, message us on WhatsApp.
